Orders typically leave our hands within 5–7 business days. During launches, markets, and high-volume drops, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Vintage Sales
Vintage and one-of-one pieces are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, color preference, or expected vintage wear.

Something Wrong?
If your order arrives with significant damage or a condition issue we did not disclose, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
Shipping
Processing times refer to the time we need to prepare your order before it ships. Carrier delivery time begins after your order leaves us.
You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created.
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. If tracking shows a delay, contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out and we’ll help however we can.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order begins processing.
Returns + Exchanges
All vintage and one-of-one items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, color preference, change of mind, or normal signs of age.
Vintage pieces have lived a life before reaching you. We photograph and disclose known flaws, provide measurements when available, and describe the condition as accurately as possible. Disclosed flaws, listed measurements, and expected vintage wear do not qualify for a return.
If your item arrives with significant damage or a condition issue that was not disclosed, email us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.
Approved claims will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Custom + Handmade Pieces
Custom commissions, made-to-order pieces, and personalized items are final sale unless Tiny Girl Gang made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Production timing varies by project and will be communicated before the order is approved. Custom production time is separate from shipping time.
